30 Minutes of Calm
This week we launched our newest program, 30 Minutes of Calm. As part of our extended health and wellness initiative, we offered this space to our first corporate client via a virtual session to 18 participants. We worked with the needs of this client to understand how to fill their social and emotional wellness gaps. This space was held by Sya Warfield and included a breathing exercise, creative writing, light stretching and a drawing activity. Interested in offering this experience as part of your wellness plan?
