A Big Cheers from Across the Pond – Binaural Beats Made My Day!
We love feedback from our listeners! Below is an email we received a few months back. To share yours: thebinauralbeatpodcast@gmail.com
Dear Binaural Beat Podcast Team,
I just had to drop you a line and tell you how much you've become a staple in my week! I stumbled across your podcast a couple of months ago quite by accident, really. I was in one of those classic late-night internet rabbit holes – you know, one minute I’m looking up “how to fold a fitted sheet,” and three hours later, I’m knee-deep in “brainwave frequencies and their benefits.” Anyway, one thing led to another, and voilà, I found The Binaural Beat Podcast. A lovely surprise, indeed!
I was a bit skeptical at first. I'm a proper Brit who swears by tea and the BBC, not exactly the kind to mess about with new-fangled sound frequencies. Listening to your episodes has been like discovering a secret, magic portal to relaxation and focus (without having to deal with a dragon or any enchanted mirrors). Honestly, you've given me a new superpower: I can find my zen amid the hustle and bustle of London. Who would’ve thought?!
My mornings have totally changed since I started listening. Your episode on 45 Hz Gamma Binaural Beats for focus? Brilliant! It’s somehow transformed my dreadful morning commute into a bit of a mindfulness practice – a miraculous feat when you consider the sheer chaos of the tube at rush hour. There I am, surrounded by grumpy strangers crammed like sardines, and I’m listening to the binaural beat hum in my ears, and poof! It’s like I’ve become this serene, unflappable zen master in the middle of a sea of elbows and annoyed sighs. If I could bottle that calm and sell it, I’d be giving Buckingham Palace a run for its money!
I’ve recommended you to everyone – my mates, my gran, and even the barista at the coffee shop. If you ever come over here, give us a shout – I’ll treat you to a cuppa and some proper British biscuits.
Thanks for everything you’re doing to help us all find our inner peace, one beat at a time. Your podcast has been life-changing, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Cheers,
Ellie
